A Weekend with Grand Kids

Skyler asked me to go to his socker game. We went and got a little rained on. I hadn't seen my Nault grandkids for a couple of weeks so I thought I would stop by. They are so cute! Ady wanted to go with me so we asked her parents if she could spend the night. Grandma and I took her to a movie and she went to church with us. It was a lot of fun

Still Practicing

Okay you cake decorators. I just used Choco-pan for the first time. It is a lot like Fondant but it taste good, its made from chocolate. I think the consistency of my icing was not good to make my leaves because it seemed to kind of melt after a few minutes. Also notice the crease on the side of the cake. I couldn't get that to smooth out, any suggestions?

My Blog

Why a Blog? A blog can seem so superficial, most blogs only post the glimpses of our lives that are the peaks and valleys, so to the reader it can seem that another life is more blessed or more fun or maybe in my case pretty boring. It is not to interesting to say I did the dishes and the laundry today, although most of my days are like that. I like to blog because it helps me to remember things, with that in mind why share? I share for my grandchildren and great niece I think it is fun for them. With all this said, i want to put a disclaimer that this really does not represent my life it is much more mandarin and has it struggles just like all of you.

Toscanini
