Okay you cake decorators. I just used Choco-pan for the first time. It is a lot like Fondant but it taste good, its made from chocolate. I think the consistency of my icing was not good to make my leaves because it seemed to kind of melt after a few minutes. Also notice the crease on the side of the cake. I couldn't get that to smooth out, any suggestions?

Jody asked me to look at your cake today so here I am! The creases, did it split or crack while you put it on or did it like overlap while you were trying to smooth it down? You should just call me!!!
