I have been taking a three day Topsy Turvy class. Carrie from Carrie's Cakes is teaching it. She is excellent. She has been in the cake business for over 30 years. Here is a picture with her and one of the students Schanelle who ownes 350 Cookie Lane. Here are pic of all the cakes. I love the little hankie. Carrie showed us how to do that. Need more cake tools... she taught a lot of fun ideas. We will finish them up tomorrow. Oh, mine is the lime green cake. I have a lot to do to finish it up
